What is PrTMS?

If no two patients are the same, why should their medical treatment be the same?

Personalized repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (PrTMS) is TMS — but with a smarter, more sophisticated application. Unlinke conventional TMS that is one-size-fits-all, PrTMS customizes the TMS therapy delivered to each patient.

HOW PrTMS® WORKS

PrTMS incorporates an assessment of a patient's unique brain electrical patterns to construct an image of neuronal communication activity. Qualitative and quantitive patient data are then used to create a neuromodulation treatment plan tailored specifically to that patient, which is then verified and approved by a qualified PrTMS provider.

What makes PrTMS® different from TMS?

It is customized to the patient's own unique alpha wave which usually varies between 8 to 10 Hz (cycle per second). Our Quantitative EEG (electro-encephalogram) procedure is geared towards locating the alpha wave which typifies the brain firing at a comfortable resting rate. Unlike the conventional TMS that is one-size-fits-all method that is fixed at 10 Hz stimulation, PrTMS® is based on a propriatary, patent-pending Peaklogic software and treatment protocol that resonates with the patient's own alpha wave thereby increasing the chances of a succesful outcome.

How is PrTMS® therapy customized?

Personalized repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (PrTMS®) is TMS — but with a smarter, more sophisticated approach. Unlike conventional TMS that is one-size-fits-all, PrTMS® utilizes a proprietary, patent-pending protocol to develop personalized treatment plans that customize the TMS therapy delivered to each patient — which may help patients achieve optimal results.
